Through My Eyes

I can’t picture anyone daydreaming about me.  I can’t picture someone thinking about me when they’re laying in bed before they fall asleep. I can’t picture anyone telling their friends about me. I can’t picture anyone getting butterflies because I hugged them, or even just because I made eye contact with them. I can’t picture someone smiling because my name lit up their phone. I just can’t.

Today I was being my dorky self and saying “i just don’t want to be forever alone!!” The fact that a really good friend of mine had said “just ask someone out already” scared me. As much as I may want to be with someone I just don’t think anyone around where I live is meant for me. I feel & deep in my heart know that I can’t be with just anyone, and most people will probably tell me I’m too picky or I’m just being selfish but really think about this. I plan on being with this person for as long as I live. I’m really not that kind of girl who hops from one person to the next. I want to be faithful and devoted to this person. I want for them to do the same too. First and far most they have to have a relationship with God. I don’t care how long you’ve been serving him, who your family is, what’s your bank account like, you just have to have that one on one with God. I want Him to be your number one. Because I truly believe when you have a love for God like no other you will love me and take care of me. Not only that but God will be in the center of this relationship. No one can really quite get that unless you yourself know exactly who God is. Believe me it’s worth it. But that last sentence in itself will probably have to be another post. Okay, so like I was saying I don’t really know if anyone is meant for me well at least not yet. I just know that whoever is out there, I’ll be praying for you. For what could be, what lies ahead with us & I hope you’re praying for me too. Until I meet you, (or maybe I have already) take care of yourself, fall so deep in love with our creator and just love love love Him, and learn all that you can, and know that I’ll be praying for you.
